LED lights has 3 blinking options, blinks fast, blinks slow, and stays on. Lights are waterproof, it’s safe to wear and can be hand wash. This dress is for size 3T-4T since the top is stretchy, and length is 20 inches from waistline down. Also available in sizes 1yr-10yrs, upon request.
