Vintage L. E. Smith Moss Green Moon and Stars Oil Lamp

This unique L.E. Smith moss green glass moon and stars oil lamp is a wonderful addition to a moon and stars collection, as well as a beautiful functional light source for legitimate use. Its moss green color is deeper than the traditional avocado green, and it features an ornate ruffled top hurricane shade.

The shade is thick and sturdy. Most chimneys I’ve encountered with oil lamps are thin and light, but this one is durable, with some weight. It does have some roughness on the bottom from normal use.

The patina on the collar is noted in pictures 2, 3, & 4.

The collar is branded “Eagle.”

The oil lamp measures 11 3/4” high and 6” across.

It has no chips, cracks, repairs, etc. It’s in exceptional vintage/antique condition and works! It includes a wick.
