Bottom half of skirt is white with red polka dots, it curves up on one side and at this curve there are 3 polka dot bows with rhinestone centers
Adorable!
Fabric and Size tags are gone. Since there is a tag that says "Machine Wash Tumble Dry" I''d assume it''s cotton and it feels and behaves like cotton as well.
There is a Union Label that dates 1974-1995, but I''m thinking 80''s because of the shoulder pads
