Nickelodeon alarm clock

Vintage and highly collectible! Mine is a little worse for the wear lol. It plugs in and the tube light at the top works but I’m unable to change the time or get the amazing “Nick Nick Nick nah Nick Nick Nick…Nickelodeonnnn” alarm bc of this. Probably easily fixed for someone who would put in the effort.
