Antique Hertwig Low Brow German Blonde China Doll Shoulder Head 12" Dorothy Original Body.
Hertwig Lowbrow China Dolls were produced primarily from 1890 to 1937. This Doll has the original print body that was made between 1895 to 1907. The Cloth Body has Alphabet on the fabric. The Stuffing appears to be a sawdust or husk. She had no clothing when I found her at an Estate Sale. One of her arms is broken and a poor repair job. This doll is very fragile.

On the Head Shoulder front is "Dorothy" and the back has " Patent Appd For Germany"
