Single sided with white backing. Cover #99724. Made in Braintree Massachusetts possible by a company called Cover Concepts. Features the Frosted flakes Tony tiger song lyrics on the left, The frosted flakes logos in the center and Tony the Tiger design on the right, edges Tiger striped colors. Minor tear on the right edge as shown in photos. Minors dents and waves from age and storage can be seen in photos. White backing has several black smudge marks with finger prints (hard to see in photos) no further information about this item, It appears to be a type of Concept art work design for a cereal box , Unsure if this design was ever used.
