Harry has been known in many states for his murals and portraits. He attended Art Students League of New York and Pratt Institute.

While serving with the Army during World War II, he served in special service as an Artist and Muralist. He taught in South Carolina and New York, and also had many private showings of his work. He was very versatile in the field of Art with works in Marine, Scenic and Character studies.

After Harry''s death, over 400 paintings were found stored in his home. A log was also found containing over 100 paintings that were sold during his 225 Art Exhibits and other means. Approximately 80 paintings were giving to family members over the years. Harry painted well over 600 paintings during his life that we know of.
