this is a real sapphire in a raw natural state

- pendant measures approx 1 3/8" x 3/4" measured from the widest points
- the necklace is a 16" sterling silver omega chain - stamped Italy and of course 925

- stone has a marbled effect to it which is very common with this type of stone - lots of facet cuts in this which is why the pictures did not come out well (much nicer than what it looks like and shinier)
